Purchases & Policies

Is tax included in the price?

Yes. Kit prices include any sales tax, VAT or GST due in your country, so the price you see is the price you pay. Kit purchases are processed by Link, a Stripe company, which calculates and pays that tax, so your receipt and card statement may name Link or Stripe.

Can I buy kits and a gift card together?

Gift cards check out separately from kits. Buy the kits first, then add the gift card and check out again.

Can I share or resell the resources?

Raising Noble resources are for personal and family use only. They may not be copied, reproduced, shared, uploaded or resold without written permission.

Can I get a refund?

As our resources are digital products, we generally do not accept returns or refunds once a product has been downloaded. If you experience an issue with your purchase, please contact us and we will do our best to help. This does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Is this medical or professional advice?
